Excellent location at an unbeatable price. This is definitely an old motel, but it is also a well-cared for one. Rooms are simple but do not disappoint. Clean carpets, comfortable beds, and rooms include mini fridge and microwave. WiFi was quite spotty in my room so don’t bank on it if you need to work online. Some light switches needed a little extra care to turn on and that sort of thing, but everything that matters is sound. We stayed 4 nights and would have happily stayed an extra week, but they were booked full. Owners and staff are helpful and kind people. Quiet spot with benches by the door to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Felt like a very safe area too. They are often booked full for the weekends, and it’s easy to understand why. Will definitely stay again and recommend to all my friends.

You're not staying at The Plaza, sure, but this place was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the price was right. It's in a very charming wooded setting on the main road just outside town, clearly a throwback to roadside motels of a bygone era. I will be coming to visit friends and family in the area for years to come, I expect, and this is where I plan to stay.
A cozy, and very quiet little motel in a semi rural setting. I stayed for three days. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in town. Friendly hosts. Clean and comfortable rooms. Thank you.
